Pre-Order Policy

Release dates and estimated shipping dates are subject to change.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together when all items are available. Please place separate orders if you would like in-stock items shipped sooner.

Store pickup orders will be available only after the pre-order item arrives at our Brooklyn store. Please wait for our pickup-ready notification before visiting the store. The standard pickup estimate shown at checkout does not apply to pre-order items.

If a release is delayed, we will contact you by email with an updated estimate. You may continue waiting or request a cancellation and full refund for the affected item.

If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, the affected item will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.
